Yoga

As you coordinate breath with movement you will energize the body, sharpen concentration, and calm the mind. A more invigorating Yoga to Energize will include Sun Salutations along with traditional poses being held for lengths of time.

Tai Chi

The ancient Chinese form of dance-exercise and moving meditation to promote physical and mental balance, flexibility, expanded breathing and increased energy.

Qigong

A self-healing art that combines slow, gentle movement and meditation. Visualizations and deep breathing are employed to enhance the mind/body connection and assist healing. Regular practice will bring an immediate calming effect and an increase in focused awareness and effective performance.
